Solutions
Governing bodies affiliating member clubs and keeping them up to date.
A private, branded portal you set up and change yourself: your domain, your content, and full control over who sees what.
One queue, not ninety threads
Every club sends its paperwork back at a different time, in a different format, to whoever handled it last year, and the spreadsheet tracking them all is out of date by the second week. Clubs apply through your portal instead, you approve or decline in one queue, and the decision sits on that club’s own account.
One current version
A rulebook sent as an attachment gets forwarded, saved to a laptop and quietly superseded, and nobody can say which version a club is actually working from. Publish it once here and every affiliated club sees the current version, with each acknowledgement kept against the club that gave it.
Every cycle, on its own
Mandatory training sits on someone else’s platform, certificates arrive as email attachments, and a spreadsheet holds who did what and when it runs out. Put the courses and the recurring requirements in the portal beside the clubs and each cycle comes round on its own, with one view of who is behind.
Contacts that stay current
Secretaries hand over, email addresses lapse, and circulars keep going to people who left two seasons ago. Each club holds its own account here and keeps its own people on it, so the network you publish to, email and collect from is the same one, and it is current.

Build your own application form
Ask exactly what you need to know by building your own application form. Drag together the questions that matter: text, dates, dropdowns, file uploads, agreements. Mark the ones you need and nobody can submit without them.
Set access as public, authenticated, or tier-based
Every page, document, event and announcement can be public, open to contacts, or limited to particular tiers. Anyone without access doesn’t see it at all.
Every decision recorded
Approve or decline, with a reason on record for every decision made. Review submissions in one queue and decide. Declined applicants get your reason automatically, and you choose whether they can fix their answers and try again.
Run your training inside the portal
Build a course from the pages, documents and events you already publish, put it in front of the people it applies to, and finish it with a declaration they sign. Completion is recorded against the person, not left sitting in somebody’s inbox.
Set the standard once, and every cycle asks for it again
Establish goals that renew themselves. Each goal holds for its period and then comes round on its own: the annual declaration, the quarterly return, the certificate that lapses on its own date. Nobody has to remember it, and nothing quietly falls out of date.
Update a form and everyone submits the new version
When something material changes, ask everyone to complete the current version. Older responses stay on file against the version they were made under.
One place for every piece of content
Upload once and use the file anywhere. See where each one appears across your content, and the portal won’t let you delete anything still in use.
Accounts for companies, not just people
Group colleagues under one organisation account with its own owners and members. Ask for agreements once per organisation instead of chasing everyone individually.
