Select features for member portals

Sign members up, take the dues, and open the right doors

Build your own application form

Application Form Builder

Ask exactly what you need to know by building your own application form. Drag together the questions that matter: text, dates, dropdowns, file uploads, agreements. Mark the ones you need and nobody can submit without them.

Every decision recorded

Recorded Decisions

Approve or decline, with a reason on record for every decision made. Review submissions in one queue and decide. Declined applicants get your reason automatically, and you choose whether they can fix their answers and try again.

Membership tiers you define yourself

Custom Membership Tiers

Create membership tiers you define yourself with different levels and different access. Each one controls what its contacts can reach, and you decide whether people can move between them themselves.

Set access as public, authenticated, or tier-based

Per-Item Visibility Permissions

Every page, document, event and announcement can be public, open to contacts, or limited to particular tiers. Anyone without access doesn’t see it at all.

Charge for membership, on a schedule you set

Subscription & Dues Billing

Put a price on a membership tier and collect it when it falls due, with renewals, lapses and reinstatements handled against the same record you already keep.

Sales and capacity handled for you

Event Management

Publish events with ticket types, capacity limits and sale windows. Availability updates as tickets go, and sold-out and closed states appear on their own.

Frequently asked questions

Get answers to questions about member portals

Here are the top questions we receive for member portals, covering setup, access and brand control. If you have a specific requirement not addressed below, get in touch and we will walk you through it.

Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Everything is done from the dashboard: domain, branding, content, portal navigation, forms, tiers, permissions. There’s nothing to install, nothing to host, and no code to write or maintain. If you’d rather not do it yourself, free setup support is included in every plan.
Does it work for companies rather than individuals?
Yes. An organisation account groups several people under one shared account with its own owners and members: a client company, a member firm, a building. You can ask for agreements once per organisation instead of chasing everyone in it.
Will it look like my own site?
Yes. Connect your own domain, set your brand colours and typeface, upload your logo, and customise your navbar, pages and footer. Add any information you like, including links to your website and social channels.
How do people get access?
However you want. Open registration lets anyone sign up and get in straight away. Or ask them to apply first, read what they’ve sent, and approve or decline with a reason. Either way, approval puts them on a tier that decides what they can see, and you can switch between the two whenever you like.
Do cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Every plan includes the core product, your own domain and the approval workflow. Plans differ by capacity (contacts, organisations, seats, storage) and by the level of support. For a limited time, the first three months are free, a good chance to work out what fits you best.
What record do I get of what people agreed to?
Every acceptance of your terms or privacy policy is stored with the date and where it came from. Submissions keep their answers as they were given, so editing a form later doesn’t rewrite what someone already told you. Update a policy and everyone affected is asked again.
