- What counts as a contact?
- Anyone with an account on your portal: a shareholder, member, client or tenant. Your own team are seats rather than contacts, and they’re counted separately.
- What’s an organisation account?
- An account shared by several people: a client company, a member firm, a building. Each has its own owners and members, so you can ask for agreements once per organisation instead of chasing everyone individually.
- Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
- No. Every plan has the core features. Plans differ by capacity (how many contacts, organisations, seats and gigabytes you use) and by the level of support.
- What happens if I go over an allowance?
- Nothing breaks. Add capacity at the rate shown on your plan, and the higher the plan, the cheaper each extra. If you’re consistently over, moving up usually costs less.
- How does the payment commission work?
- When your members pay you through the portal, we take the rate shown for your plan. Stripe charges their own processing fee separately, so the two add together. We always quote our rate on its own, so you can see exactly what each party takes.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in either direction at the end of the billing period, or you can upgrade any time and your portal carries on as normal.
- My business needs something the standard plans don’t cover. Can FormaPortal handle it?
- Often, yes. We offer a custom package for exactly this. Fill out the contact form and we’ll work with you to shape the right-fit solution for your business, rather than squeezing you into a plan that doesn’t quite match.
- Do I have to decide on a plan right now?
- No. For a limited time, we’re offering the first 3 months free, a great opportunity to see the portal in action and work out which plan fits you best. You can also book a call with us to help set it up and talk through what suits your business.
